personally i think this skill isnt good cuz it requires so much adrenaline for a skill that is all about timing it.

well thats why you save it for the big one you can make: a rez sig disrupt is pretty easy and can be a very crucial move

I don't agree with your opinion there, this is not a bad skill.
A warrior is not an interupter, mesmer etc are.
With this skill, you CAN interupt something, great!
I think this skill works so much better in PvP (or GvG) than in PvE
(person versus person, guild versus guild. Player versus Enemy)
You can interupt the real important spells, and adrenalin cost of 6, that's not alot ot all. Have it in no time. It's not meant to interupt everything, only the things that are important to you.
If you start seeing it this way, maybe your opinion will change!
Greetz!

Distracting Blow vs Disrupting Chop
I just use Distracting Blow, just for the interupt. Only cost 5 energy, with Bonetti's up you get that back when you take one hit.

Distracting Blow is more useful for people that have fast reflexes and a twitchy trigger finger. Disrupting Chop is better for people that are good at predicting when the enemy is going to cast and throwing out chop at probable times.
For example, using a shock warrior in arenas against 1 monk: after a getting up from a shock, the monk is probably behind in his heals and needs to get some out pronto. Throw out chop as he is getting up and you will likely catch whatever his first spell is. Disrupting Chop is also useful for when you are attacking midline casters in gvg. Its hard to hit monk spells by spamming it, but its easy to deny most ele spells, most signets, and many mesmer and necro skills by hitting it at the right time.

Disrupting Chop never leaves my skill bar when I solo in PvE, if only to handle monks and bosses that self heal.
It's very hard to use Disrupting Chop in PvP or GvG, except in certain instances as Neo has described. To me, I'd rather have another skill in my bar since that skill sucks up some valuable adrenaline that I could use for one of my attack skills.
